Enables the radio to automatically perform a Full Spectrum Control Channel Scan when the radio goes out of range of all its currently programmed controller information. This feature causes the radio to search its entire codeplug for all channel definitions, while also scanning for any valid control channel activity on each channel definition found. This selection applies when in SmartZone operation for all Trunking Systems and Trunking Personalities.
